A Beaver permit is required for Out-of-Season trapping. Beaver trapping season runs November 1 through April 15.
The Town of Milford Board of Health issues 10-Day Emergency Beaver or Muskrat permits to remedy the threat to human health and safety In accordance with and pursuant to provisions contained in chapter 131 of the Massachusetts General Laws section 40, 80A and 321 Code of Massachusetts Regulation 2.08 and 10.00 (Wetlands Protection Act).
