Milford Sewer Department Chemical Re-Bid FY2021
The Milford Sewer Department will receive bids until 10:00 AM on Thursday, July 16, 2020 for furnishing chemicals during fiscal year 2021 (July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021). The bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at that time at the Milford Sewer Department, 230 South Main St., Hopedale, MA 01747.
The chemicals to be furnished are as follows;
- Hydrated Lime
Bids submitted after the designated time will not be accepted. At the time of bid opening, those wishing to attend shall wear masks, must remain at least 6 feet apart, and must adhere to all State and Town guidelines pertaining to current COVID-19 restrictions. Copies of the Bidding Documents, including Bid Forms, may be obtained at the Sewer Department office during normal business hours (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Friday) beginning Tuesday, June 30, 2020. All bids shall be submitted on the Bid Forms furnished and in accordance with the instructions on the Bid Forms. All bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope which is clearly marked in the lower left-hand corner “Sewer Department Chemicals”.
Bidders may submit their bids as follows;
- US Postal Service: Sewer Department, P.O. Box 644, Milford, MA 01757.
- Delivery Service or by hand: Sewer Department Office, 230 South Main Street, Hopedale, MA 01747 (Office closes at 3:00 PM).
Bidders assume all responsibility for bids arriving on time for the bid opening.
All bids will remain subject to acceptance by the Board for sixty days after the actual date of the bid opening. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids if deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
