The Human Resoruces Department and the position of Director was commissioned by the Annual Town Meeting on May 14th 2018. The mission of the Human Resource Department is to provide guidance, direction and leadership on how to best manage workplace issues and training. The department will assist the Town in creating policies and procedures to help standardize the work enviroment for all current empolyees, while attracting the most professional and knowledgeable candidates.
