The Friends of the Milford Senior Center, Inc., has contracted with the State to provide the S.H.I.N.E. Program for the 62 towns in the Central Mass Region. The Milford Senior Center serves as the Regional Headquarters. 

The SHINE Program provides free health insurance information, counseling and assistance to Massachusetts residents with Medicare and their caregivers. 

Our highly trained volunteer counselors are available to give you accurate and unbiased information about your health insurance benefits. 

Call the SHINE Program at (508) 422-9931 to speak with a counselor or to make an appointment.  If there is no answer, leave a message.  A counselor will return your call as soon as possible.
