Town of Milford Parking Tickets
All payments for parking violations are due within 21 calendar days after the violation was issued to avoid significant late fees and possible non-renewal status at the Registry of Motor Vehicles. Fines can be paid in person at the Select Board's Office or by mail. Payments can be made by personal check, bank check, money order made out to “The Town of Milford” or by cash. If the Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV) has been notified all payments must be made by money order or cash.
Payments can also be made online at Kelly & Ryan Municipal ePayment System.
Please do not send cash when mailing any payment.
If you wish to contest a violation, you must do so in writing within 21 calendar days of the violation. The following reasons will NOT be considered for appeal;
- Fire lane violation
- Not knowing or lack of knowledge of Parking Regulations and laws
- Inability to find a proper convenient parking space
- Other vehicles were improperly parked
- Financial hardship caused by the fine
- Someone else driving your car
