Draper Park Revitalization- Cleaning and resetting of brick walkways, seating areas and the monument areas
The Town of Milford’s Parks Commission is soliciting Bids for the overall removal, cleaning and resetting of the brick walkways and seating areas of Draper Memorial Park located on the intersection of Congress Street and Main Street, it also includes the brick work around the World War 1 Monument and the Draper Statue.
Bids are to be properly filled out, signed, enclosed in envelope, sealed and plainly marked with the descriptive title of work to be done: “Draper Revitalization-Brick Walkways/Seating Areas/Monument Areas”. All sealed bids shall be submitted/hand delivered to the Town Hall, Town Administrators Office, Attention: Jim Asam, 52 Main Street, Milford, MA 01757 and received no later than 10:00 AM on Friday, November 27, 2020. If for reasons beyond our control, the Town Hall is not open for regular business activities, the bids will be due the next business day at the same time. Bids will be publicly read and/or opened at 10:00 AM on Friday, November 27, 2020.
The Park Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in a bid. Bid to be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder subjected to M.G.L.c.30B sec.6.
