The Town Clerk's Office oversees and maintains the Town's birth, marriage, and death records that span back to the 1800's. This office also prepares and oversees all Town and State Elections held here in Milford and the election results. In addition, we also maintain the Annual Street Listing/Town Census, Town Meeting minutes, and voter registration records. The Town Clerk's Office is also responsible for posting all meeting notices and registering DBA certificates, dog licenses, physical registrations and much more.
