General Tree Work

The Town of Milford Tree Warden, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for general tree work for the town. The successful bidder shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment and operators that can work in harmony with all other elements of labor or to be employed labor; that all employees to be employed at worksite will have successfully completed a course in construction safety and health, approved by the United States Occupational Safety and Health Administration that is at least ten (10) hours in duration at the time the employee begins work. Company must have at minimum one (1) certified Arborist on staff, Massachusetts and/or ISA. The contract term shall be for one (1) year from the date of award and renewable up to two times, for a term of one (1) year from date of award.

Sealed Bids are to be prepared and submitted/hand delivered to the Town Hall, Town Clerk’s Office, 52 Main Street, Milford, MA 01757 and must be received no later than 10:00 AM on Thursday, January 31, 2019.  If for reasons beyond our control, the Town Hall is not open for regular business activities, the bids will be due the next business day at the same time. Bids will be publicly read and/or opened at 10:00 AM on Thursday, January 31, 2019.
