The Town of Milford Board of Selectmen, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for the Milford Multizone Air conditioning – HVAC Renovation located at the Milford Youth Center, 24 Pearl Street in Milford, MA. The project will be executed in accordance with the Drawings (Set of 9 Sheets), Specifications (Project Manual) Dated: July 25, 2019 prepared by Davey Engineering, 36 Pleasant Street, Canton, MA 02021 and the Bidding Requirements and Contract Forms prepared by the Town of Milford.

Sealed Bids are to be prepared submitted / hand delivered to the Town Hall, Selectman’s Office at 52 Main Street, Milford, MA and will be received no later than 10:00 AM on September 4th, 2019. If for reasons beyond our control, the Town Hall is not open for regular business activities, the bids will be due the next business day at the same time. Bids will be publicly read and /or opened at 10:00 AM on September 4th, 2019, at the Milford Town Hall, 52 Main Street, Milford, Massachusetts 01757.
