The Select Board of the Town of Milford invites sealed bids from qualified bidders to paint the exterior of the Town Hall, including the Dome and Clock Tower, located at 52 Main Street, Milford, Massachusetts as set forth in the bid specifications.

Bids are subject to M.G.L c.149 44 A-J and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 s26 to 27D inclusive. The Bid should be in an envelope bearing on the outside the name and address of the Proposer, addressed to the Milford Town Hall, Town Administrator and Select Board’s Office, 52 Main Street, Milford, MA 01757. The Bid must be properly filled out, signed, sealed and endorsed: "Painting of the Exterior of Milford Town Hall Building".

The Bid documents will be available 10:00 am, May 12, 2021, at the Milford Town Hall, Town Administrator and Select Board’s Office, 52 Main Street, Milford, MA 01757 (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Wednesday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am - 11:30 am) and on the Town of Milford website. All bids are due by 2:00 pm, July 20, 2021, at the Milford Town Hall, Town Administrator and Select Board's Office, 52 Main Sreet, Milford, MA 01757. Bids shall be publicly opened and read by the Chief Procurement Officer at that time.

A Pre-Bid Conference / Building Inspection will be held 10:00 am May 25, 2021, at the Milford Town Hall, 52 Main Street, Milford, MA 01757.

The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, to waive any informality in a bid, and to award the contract deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Milford.
