The Town of Milford is soliciting proposals for Review of Archival Collections for Appropriate Disposition, Re-Shelving and Development and implementation of an Electronic and Tangible Records Management System. Records shall include but not be limited to: all the records customarily compiled or treated in the normal course of business, records by statue and records normally deposited with the following municipal agencies: Town Clerk, Town Assessor, Town Tax Collector, Town Administrator, Town Treasurer and Finance Department, Town Counsel, Planning and Engineering Departments, Board of Health, Town Building Department.

Sealed Bids are to be prepared and submitted/hand delivered to the Town Hall, Selectmen’s Office, 52 Main Street, Milford, MA 01757 and must be received no later than 2:00 PM on Thursday, February 14, 2019.  If for reasons beyond our control, the Town Hall is not open for regular business activities, the bids will be due the next business day at the same time. Bids will be publicly read and/or opened at 2:00 PM on Thursday, February 14, 2019.
