Revaluation of all Real and Personal Property Accounts FY2020 – FY2024

The Milford Massachusetts Board of Assessors is undertaking a multi-year program for the “Quinquennial Certification” of property values for Fiscal Year 2020 and also the “Interim Year” valuation adjustments for Fiscal Years 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024.

Sealed proposals for the multi-year project for all Real and Personal Property accounts will be accepted until 3:30 p.m., on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 to the attention of: Board of Assessors, Milford Town Hall, 52 Main Street, Milford, Massachusetts 01757.

All proposals shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and plainly marked, either “Price Proposal” or “Non-Price Proposal” “for the Revaluation of all Real and Personal Property Accounts FY2020 – FY2024”.

Specifications regarding the proposal may be obtained at the Milford Assessor’s Office and any questions regarding this request for proposal should be addressed to the following;
