The Milford Massachusetts Board of Assessors is requesting proposals for the “Revaluation of all Real and Personal Property Accounts FY2025 - FY2029”. The purpose of this request for proposals (RFP) is to solicit services from qualified firms for the property valuation adjustments in the Fiscal Year 2025 “Certification” and Fiscal Years 2026, 2027, 2028 and 2029 “Interim Years”. All work provided shall be in accordance with the attached Scope of Services and the terms and conditions of the RFP.

All proposals shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and plainly marked, either “Price Proposal” or “Non-Price Proposal” “for the Revaluation of all Real and Personal Property Accounts FY2025 – FY2029”.

The Bid documents will be available 10:15 am, March 1, 2023, and on the Town of Milford website. Hard copies will be available at the Milford Town Hall, Board of Assessors Milford Town Hall 52 Main Street
Milford, MA 01757 01757 (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Wednesday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am - 11:30 am)  All bids are due by 3:30 pm, March 23, 2023, at the Milford Town Hall, Board of Assessors Office, 52 Main Street, Milford, MA 01757. Bids shall be publicly opened and read at that time.
