The Board of Selectmen of the Town of Milford invites sealed bids from responsive and responsible bidders for the sale of the Historic Purchase Street School located at 229 Purchase Street, Milford, MA set forth in the Invitation for Bids specifications.

Bids are subject to the Uniform Procurement Act M.G.L c.30B. All bid packets\documents will be emailed by the Town Administrator Richard Villani , once the Bid\RFP form located below is filled out. The Bid documents will also be available at Milford Town Hall, Town Administrator & Selectmen's Office (Room 11), 52 Main Street, Milford, MA 01757.

The Town will conduct a site visit to the property on March 14, 2020 at 9:00 AM. Bidders will have an opportunity to ask questions concerning the content of this IFB at that time. The property is being sold “as is” with all site and property conditions as they exist at the time of sale.

The Board of Selectmen reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, to waive any informality in a proposal, and to award the contract deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Milford.
