Senior and Disabled Citizen Transportation Services Bid

The Town of Milford welcomes Bids for Senior and Disabled Citizen Transportation Services for Milford and Hopedale. The successful bidder must dedicate a vehicle and driver exclusively to Milford Senior Center between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday for a total of up to 37 ½ operating hours per week (includes ½ hour driver lunch break). The Milford Council on Aging will be billed only for the actual days that the van is in operation. An additional vehicle must be available upon request with reasonable notice to accommodate additional medical transportation as necessary.

Bids are subject to the Uniform Procurement Act M.G.L c.30B. The Bid should be in an envelope bearing on the outside the name and address of the Proposer, addressed to the Town Counsel, Town Hall, 52 Main Street, Milford, MA 01757. The Bid must be properly filled out, signed, sealed and endorsed: "Senior Citizen/Disabled Citizen Transportation Services."

Documents will be available 10:00 am, May 3, 2021, at theMilford Town Hall, Town Administrator and Select Board's Office, 52 Main Sreet, Milford, MA 01757 (Monday thru Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm) and on our website. All bids are due by 2:00 pm, May 26, 2021, at the Milford Town Hall, Town Administrator and Select Board's Office, 52 Main Sreet, Milford, MA 01757.

The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, to waive any informality in a bid, and to award the contract deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Milford.
