Town of Milford Fuel Oil Bid

The Milford Board of Selectmen invites sealed proposals for providing #2 Fuel Oil to the Town of Milford, Massachusetts. All Proposals are due by April 13th , 2020 no later then 2:00 pm at the Selectmen’s Office, 52 Main Street, Milford, MA 01757,at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. If for reasons beyond our control, the Town Hall is not open for regular business activities, the bids will be due the next business day at the same time. The attached bid form must be submitted and can also be obtained at the Selectmen’s Office, 52 Main Street, Milford, MA  01757.

The Town of Milford reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive any minor irregularities or defects in any bid, and to award the contract as may deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Milford.
