Installation of Rolling Steel Doors at the Milford Police Station
The Select Board of the Town of Milford invites sealed bids from qualified bidders to install rolling steel doors at the Milford Police Station located at 250 Main Street, Milford, Massachusetts as set forth in the bid specifications.
Bids are subject to M.G.L c.149 s44 A-J and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 s26 to 27D inclusive. The Bid should be in an envelope bearing on the outside the name and address of the Proposer, addressed to the Milford Town Hall, Town Administrator and Select Board’s Office, 52 Main Street, Milford, MA 01757. The Bid must be properly filled out, signed, sealed and endorsed: "Installation of Rolling Steel Doors at the Police Station".
The Bid documents will be available 10:00 am, April 6, 2022, at the Milford Town Hall, Town Administrator and Select Board’s Office, 52 Main Street, Milford, MA 01757 (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Wednesday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am - 11:30 am) and on the Town of Milford website. All bids are due by 2:00 pm, May 5, 2022, at the Milford Town Hall, Town Administrator and Select Board's Office, 52 Main Sreet, Milford, MA 01757. Bids shall be publicly opened and read by the Chief Procurement Officer at that time.
A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference / Building Inspection will be held 10:00 am April 19, 2022, at the Milford Police Station, 250 Main Street, Milford, MA 01757.
The Select Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, to waive any informality in a bid, and to award the contract deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Milford.
