The Town of Milford Select Board is soliciting Bids for the Renovation of the Upstairs Room at the Senior Center Building located at 60 North Bow Street, Milford, Massachusetts as set forth in the bid specifications.

Bids are subject to M.G.L c.30 s39M and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 s26 to 27D inclusive. The Bid should be in an envelope bearing on the outside the name and address of the Proposer, addressed to the Milford Town Hall, Town Administrator and Select Board’s Office, 52 Main Street, Milford, MA 01757. The Bid must be properly filled out, signed, sealed and endorsed: "Renovation of Upstairs Room at Senior Center Building".

The Bid documents will be available 10:00 am, June 30, 2023, at the Milford Town Hall, Town Administrator and Select Board’s Office, 52 Main Street, Milford, MA 01757 (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Wednesday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am - 11:30 am) and on the Town of Milford website. All bids are due by 2:00 pm, August 10, 2023, at the Milford Town Hall, Town Administrator and Select Board's Office, 52 Main Street, Milford, MA 01757. Bids shall be publicly opened and read by the Chief Procurement Officer at that time.

A Pre-Bid Conference / Building Inspection will be held 10:00 am July 20, 2023, at the Milford Senior Center, 60 North Bow Street, Milford, MA 01757.

The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, to waive any informality in a bid, and to award the contract deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Milford. The Bid is to be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
