The Town of Milford Board of Selectmen, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for the Milford Youth Center Dance Experience Room located at 24 Pearl Street in Milford, MA 01757. The project will be executed in accordance with Drawings (Dated: 10/29/18), Specifications (Project Manual) Dated: October 5, 2018, Bidding Guidelines Document, Product Cut Sheets (4 total) prepared by TMJH Architects LLC, Bridgewater, MA and the Bidding Requirements and Contract Forms prepared by the Town of Milford.

Sealed Bids are to be prepared and submitted/hand delivered to the Town Hall, Selectmen’s Office at 52 Main Street, Milford, MA 01757 and will be received no later than 10:00 AM on November 28, 2018. If for reasons beyond our control, the Town Hall is not open for regular business activities, the bids will be due the next business day at the same time. Bids will be publicly read and/or opened at 10:00 AM on November 28, 2018, in Room 03 at Milford Town Hall, 52 Main Street, Milford, Massachusetts 01757.
