Massachussetts Department of Public health reecntly unveiled a tool allowing residents to access a digital COVID-19 vaccaintion card and their vaccine records. Users can access the tool at MyVaxRecords.mass.gov

Get a COVID-19 Home Collection Kit at $0 Upfront Cost
Lab-based PCR testing with home collection is available at no cost to all eligible Massachusetts adults. Kits are reserved for adults (18+) who live or work in a congregate setting, are experiencing symptoms, have recently been in contact with someone with COVID-19, or who have otherwise been recommended for testing. November 2021 Milford BOH COVID-19 Recap:
Pediatric clinics at Woodland Elementary School: 900 doses of COVID-19 vaccine were administered, fully vaccinating 450 children ages 5 – 11. Big thanks to all the vaccinators, employees, volunteers, administrators, and families who helped make this clinic happen.
Options for a COVID-19 vaccine appointment:
Parents who prefer to have their adolescent vaccinated by their primary care provider should call their provider’s office directly.
Visit the VaxFinder website at vaxfinder.mass.gov for a list of available locations. Residents are able to narrow results to search for locations that are offering the Pfizer COVID booster.
For individuals unable to use VaxFinder, or who have difficulty accessing the internet, the COVID-19 Vaccine Resource Line (Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 6 PM, Saturday and Sunday 9 AM to 2 PM) is available by calling 2-1-1. The COVID-19 Vaccine Resource Line is available in English and Spanish and has translators available in approximately 100 additional languages.
